These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services provided by AirLink Me, a brand operated by Frydays Bermuda Limited (“AirLink Me,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, activating, or using an eSIM or any Service offered by AirLink Me, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using our Services immediately.


1. Definitions

Account Holder: The person or entity responsible for all usage, billing, and activities under an AirLink Me account.
Covered Users: Additional users under the same account whose usage and actions are the responsibility of the Account Holder.
Services: All products and features provided by AirLink Me, including global eSIM connectivity, data plans, account management, support, and related tools.
Personal Data: Any information that identifies or can be used to identify a person.


2. Applicability

These Terms apply to you and all your Covered Users.
You are responsible for:

  1. Informing Covered Users about these Terms.

  2. Accepting updates or modifications on their behalf.

AirLink Me may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


3. Use of Services

3.1 Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws.

  • Ensure your device is compatible with eSIM technology.

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.

  • Pay all fees associated with your purchased plans.

AirLink Me is not responsible if your device does not support eSIM or local network compatibility abroad.


4. Account Management

You may create, manage, and update your account through AirLink Me’s web interface.
You may request deletion of your personal data except in cases involving:

  • Fraud, abuse, or legal obligations

  • Operational or security logs

  • Violations of these Terms


5. eSIM Activation & Usage

  • eSIM plans are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.

  • Network quality depends on international partner operators; coverage and speed vary by region.

  • Plans begin upon first network connection or as otherwise indicated at purchase.

  • Activation requires being outside Bermuda, as domestic use is not supported (see Legal Disclaimer).


6. Legal Disclaimer – Bermuda Telecommunications Compliance

AirLink Me provides international travel eSIM products strictly for use outside of Bermuda. AirLink Me does notoffer electronic communications services within Bermuda, does not utilize Bermudian radio spectrum, and does not connect to or operate on any local Bermudian telecommunications network. All eSIM data plans activate only after the user leaves Bermuda and connects to AirLink Me’s international partner networks abroad.

Accordingly, AirLink Me is not classified as a Bermuda electronic communications service provider and is not subject to licensing requirements of the Regulatory Authority of Bermuda (RA).

Customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • AirLink Me eSIMs cannot be used within Bermuda.

  • Any attempt to use the eSIM within Bermuda is not supported and will result in no local connectivity.

  • Such inability to connect within Bermuda does not qualify as a service failure or grounds for refund.

Customers are fully responsible for understanding these usage limitations before purchasing.


7. Payments & Billing

  • Payments are handled by authorized third-party payment processors.

  • By purchasing, you authorize charges to your selected payment method.

  • AirLink Me does not store full credit card details.

  • Service may be suspended for failed or disputed payments.


8. Fraud Prevention

AirLink Me may:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud or misuse

  • Retain information indefinitely for fraud prevention and investigation

  • Share necessary information with regulatory or law-enforcement agencies


9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Engage in illegal, abusive, or fraudulent usage

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, clone, or manipulate eSIM technology

  • Resell or redistribute service without permission

Violations may result in immediate account termination.


10. Privacy Policy

AirLink Me collects and processes Personal Data to deliver and improve its Services.
We use cookies, analytics, and support tools to enhance user experience.
You may request data access or limitations by contacting support.

11. Third-Party Disclosure

AirLink Me may share Personal Data with:

  • Payment processors

  • Network partners

  • Fraud-prevention agencies

  • Authorities when legally required

All third parties must apply privacy protections equal to or greater than our own.


12. Limitation of Liability

AirLink Me is not liable for:

  • Network interruptions caused by third-party operators

  • Device incompatibility or user configuration errors

  • Losses due to misuse of Services

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the impacted Service.


13. No Warranty

Services are provided “as is” without warranties regarding:

  • Coverage

  • Speed

  • Quality

  • Uninterrupted access

Network performance depends on foreign operators outside our control.

Unresolved disputes are governed by the laws of Bermuda.


15. Changes to the Terms

AirLink Me may modify these Terms at any time.
